There are a cut-off number for that:
1.If the BMI(result above) is lower than <18.5, that means he or she is extremely thin or skinny, there's a high chance he or she is short of nutrient.
2.If the BMI is between 18.5 – 24.9, then congratulation you are in a healthy group.
3.If your BMI is between 25.0 – 29.9 you are in an over-weight categories. You should take very high attention with your body, have some diet and do exercise regularly to ensure yourself back to a healthy state.
4.If your BMI is greater than >30, then you are extremely fat, you are in high chance of facing many diseases like diabetes, hypertension, arteriosclerosis..... So you should consider meeting a nutritionist or healthcare profession for helping you deal with your issue.
So in the example above the man's BMI is BMI=23.875, so the result falls between 18.5 – 24.9, so he is a healthy person.
